An Exciting Season…but not for pets!
2015 is drawing to a close and with it comes end of year celebrations of parties and merriment, fireworks and general chaos. Christmas is an exciting time for humans but not necessarily for the other species we share our lives with.
During this time of the year we think about our New Year’s resolutions. Let’s not forget our pets. Pet related resolutions can include taking a more natural approach to their day to day care and wellbeing by choosing natural alternatives for parasite control or choosing to rid your dog’s diet of preservatives and focus on what nature intended – the “Complete Meal”.
At Christmas animals are at our mercy. The live animal trade takes place all year round in pet shops, back yards and the internet. Leading up to Christmas time the breeding of animals increases considerably to meet demand. Meanwhile the shelters are overflowing with unwanted animals. Please support our mission and make it your New Year’s resolution to help stop the sale of live animals in pet shops.
The team from The Completely Natural Pet Centre would like to take this opportunity to ask our readers to Pardon a Pig and Treasure a Turkey this Christmas. Help begin a new tradition of kindness and goodwill to all beings by leaving pigs and turkeys off your plate. Pledge to indulge in a cruelty free Christmas.
