Our frozen deliveries are sent via Aramax Couriers. While delivery is available to many areas within Southeast Queensland as well as many areas along the NSW Coast and Sydney, delivery availability is dependent on your actual suburb and postcode.

Majority of suburbs within Brisbane and Ipswich:
– Orders under $100 – $24.50 (up to 12kg of frozen food and bones)
– Orders over $100 – $15.95 (up to 16kg frozen food and bones)
– Orders over $200 – $11.95 (up to 16kg frozen food and bones)

Majority of Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba:
– Orders under $100 – $28.50 (up to 12kg of frozen food and bones)
– Orders over $100 – $15.95 (up to 16kg frozen food and bones)

Outside of these areas:

The food is shipped frozen in a polystyrene foam box with ice packs.  Plentiful ice ensures that your food remains sufficiently frozen during transit.  The ice may have thawed by the time you receive your order, but the temperature within the polystyrene box will stay cool.  Even if the food arrives partially thawed or refrigerator temperature, it is perfectly safe to refreeze and does not affect the quality or safety of the product.

We ship weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays depending on your location.

QLD:
– Within Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich & Toowoomba – delivery generally takes 1-2 days.
– Gympie, Maryborough & Bundaberg Areas – delivery generally takes 1 – 2 days.

NSW:
– Tweed Heads, Northern Rivers & NSW Central Coast – delivery generally takes 1 – 2 days.
– Sydney – delivery generally takes 1 – 2 days.

No, Aramax Couriers will leave your parcel at your front door or they will do their best to follow any specific delivery instructions given.

Please note: As our frozen food is delivered via Aramax Couriers, we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. Once your parcel is in their hands, we have no influence over delivery times with actual delivery times varying, depending on the courier as well as seasonal variances, traffic, etc. Aramax Couriers are unable to phone you once your parcel has arrived, nor are they able to phone you with an expected delivery time.

There is no minimum order requirement for delivery.

Yes, we can deliver direct to your home with regular scheduled shipments.  Our food arrives at your door right when you need it – no reminders needed, no trips to the store.

We’ll tailor your order size and delivery schedule to your pet’s individual needs and your convenience.  There is no obligation – you can change your order at any time prior to shipping.
